Pay: $20.60/hour

IS2 is seeking a skilled Production Associate to join our clients Weekend team. This position involves hands-on work in a manufacturing setting, supporting the production of parts through machine operation, inspection, and general labour tasks.

Shifts Available:

• Weekend Day Shift: Friday-Sunday, 7am-7pm
• Weekend Midnight Shift: Friday-Sunday, 7pm-7am

Pay Rate:

• $20.60/hour
• Hourly shift premium $1.85/hr for everyone on the weekend crew
• Employees will receive 4 hours top up (36hr worked) to make 40hr paid/week
• Midnight rotation will receive $1/hr shift premium

What You'll Be Doing

• Operate and monitor production equipment
• Load materials and remove finished parts
• Perform basic assembly tasks
• Inspect products for quality and report defects
• Label, sort, and organize materials
• Assist with machine setups and adjustments
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow safety procedures and work instructions

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Dependable with good attendance
• Previous experience in manufacturing or production is helpful but not required
