Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Aluminium Fabricator to join our dynamic sign manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing, assembling, and finishing aluminium components used in a variety of construction applications relating to the sign industry. Your expertise will help ensure high-quality craftsmanship, precision, and efficiency in every project. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with heavy equipment, power tools, and machining processes in a fast-paced environment dedicated to excellence and innovation.

Duties

  • Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to accurately fabricate aluminium structures.
  • Cut, shape, and assemble aluminium materials using hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment.
  • Operate heavy machinery such as forklifts and other heavy equipment safely within the warehouse or manufacturing facility.
  • Weld aluminium components with precision to meet quality standards and safety regulations.
  • Use assembly techniques to join fabricated parts into finished products or structures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all safety protocols are followed during fabrication and assembly processes.
  • Conduct quality checks throughout production to ensure all aluminium components meet specifications before delivery or installation.

Skills

  • Strong mechanical knowledge related to metal fabrication, machining, and assembly processes.
  • Experience operating forklifts, heavy equipment, and power tools safely and efficiently.
  • Skilled in welding techniques specific to aluminium materials.
  • Proficiency with hand tools used in manufacturing and construction environments.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing workflows and construction site requirements.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
  • Prior warehouse experience or familiarity with inventory management is advantageous.
