We are searching for a Medical Administrative Assistant to join our client site. Our client is a busy aboriginal medical centre providing health care services to the surrounding communities, located in Muncey (25 minutes west of London, Ontario). This is a very busy environment, so we are looking for candidates who have a minimum of 2 years' experience, and are co mfortable with fast paced work.

This is a 6 month contract with possibility of permanent hire

In this role, the successful candidate will the main point of contact for patients coming in. You will be dealing with all walk in patients, answering telephones, booking appointments & follow ups, faxing, ordering office supplies and any other administrative tasks as assigned.

*Preference will be given to candidates with PS Suite software experience.

$20/hr
