  • Assist Payroll Dept. when needed. 
  • Responsible for Benefits and Pension Plan Administration
  • Assist employees with any Benefit or Pension Plan issues
  • Focus on maintaining the CRM Data System.  Ensure it is accurate and up to date.  Update employee CRM files as needed. 
  • Assist HR Manager with any additional tasks.
  • Enforce company policies and procedures are followed.
  • Follow up on all inquiries from employees, supervisors, department managers.
  • Assist with employee benefits and answer all related inquiries to supervisors and hourly employees.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and retention through HR best practices.

 

What You’ll Bring

  • College Diploma or Certificate in Human Resources Management or Human Resources Administration.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in Human Resources role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Data driven and detail oriented.
