Dock Administrator Data Entry - Woodstock

Job Title: Warehouse Dock Administrator - Data Entry

Location: Woodstock, Ontario (On site) 

Work Type: Temporary 

Salary: $23.00/hr - Afternoon shift 2 pm - 10:30 pm Mondays to Fridays

Vacancy: Existing vacancy 

 

This Dock Administrator  is ideal for a professional who enjoys a collaborative environment and working within the logistical warehouse/distribution setting. The right person will gain valuable experience and this is perfect for someone who has supply chain goals.   

 

What you'll do

  • Assisting with audits of the outbound trailers
  • Printing labels/printing bills
  • Assist with manifesting around the dock
  • Running the bills for storages or inbound trailers
  • Other related duties as may be required

 

What You’ll Bring 
  • Minimum of 1 year relevant experience in an office environment.  
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, and  Excel.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team 
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada.
  • Clear Criminal Record
