Office Administrator/Bookkeeper

ADMINISTRATION
Handle and forward all incoming general inquiries and courier packages to the appropriate personnel.
Answer office phone and manage phone settings with associated software.
Maintain standard procedures that describe office and financial procedures.
Assist with updating sales records for each customer with monthly/yearly sales totals.
Provide general department and committee support as needed, including clerical support, providing reports, filing, and other tasks as required.
Back up purchasing, creating purchase orders, receiving
BOOKKEEPING AND FINANCE
Work with the Finance and Distribution Manager and the external accountants to post, reconcile, and code transactions.
Provide assistance for biweekly payroll submission with input and oversight from the HR Manager.
