Senior HSE Field Coordinator

Pay: $65,000-$85,000/year

We're looking for an experienced Senior HSE Field Coordinator to support multiple construction projects by driving health, safety, and environmental excellence in the field. This is an ideal opportunity for a safety professional who thrives in a leadership role and is passionate about building a strong safety culture.

Location: Woodstock, ON (In Person)
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year

What You'll Do

  • Support and implement HSE programs across multiple construction sites
  • Conduct site inspections, audits, and ensure corrective actions are completed
  • Monitor subcontractor safety compliance
  • Lead or assist with incident investigations and root cause analysis
  • Analyze safety trends and recommend preventative measures
  • Mentor and support HSE Coordinators in the field
  • Deliver training and ensure certifications remain current
  • Collaborate with project teams to integrate safety into daily operations
  • Support emergency preparedness initiatives and promote a safety-first culture

What We're Looking For

  • 5-7 years of HSE experience within the construction industry
  • Diploma or degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of OHSA, COR, ISO 14001, and HSE best practices
  • Experience with audits, investigations, and compliance programs
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HSE management systems (SALUS is an asset)
  • CRSP, CSP, or NCSO designation is considered an asset
