JOB POSTING
POSITION:
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE COORDINATOR
Full-time - 37.5 hours per week
Term – December 2015 to approximately November 2016

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Post secondary diploma or degree in an accounting related field
- Minimum two years experience
SKILLS REQUIRED: - Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in Excel and Accpac
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Well developed interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills
- Accuracy, attention to detail and maintaining confidentiality is essential
- Ability to work independently, as well as within a team
- Effective time management skills
- Negotiation skills and the ability to set appropriate priorities
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Maintains the Accounts Payable Accpac system for London Children’s Connection
- Ensures accuracy of all invoices and account allocations for invoices and deposits
- Prepares cheques or on-line payments, in a timely manner
- Prepares semi-annual GST recoverable reconciliation and annual property tax rebates
- Maintains all related records
- Completion of additional tasks as assigned by the Interim Financial Manager
