Title: Accounts Payable Clerk
Location: London, Ontario
Work Type: Evaluation hire $23-24.00 an hour

The Role: Accounts Payable Clerk
- Matching receiving reports and packing slips to supplier invoices
- Verifying pricing accuracy on all vendor bills and credits
- Entering invoices and credits into NetSuite ERP, accurately allocating expenses to general ledger accounts
- Reconciling supplier statements to NetSuite records
- Creating cheques, drafts and ACH payments on time to ensure prompt discounts are allowed
- Contacting suppliers, when necessary, to resolve billing discrepancies
- Following up on pricing and billing discrepancies to ensure credits are received
- Maintaining an accurate filing system
- Managing incoming email and responding in a timely, professional manner
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum of 2 years of Accounts Payable experience
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
- Overall basic computer skills
- Time management skills and deadline-oriented mindset
