As part of an ongoing growth strategy, our client -- a successful, mid-sized consulting firm offering services in structural and civil engineering -- has partnered with Randstad Engineering in their search for a Structural Engineer.

The ideal Candidate will have experience related to the design and project management of residential, commercial, agricultural, and heritage building projects, and has a strong track record of growing client relationships.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Design and analysis of a variety of building types, including residential, commercial, and heritage buildings
- Managing projects from concept to completion
- Identifying and building new client relationships and marketing the firm's services within Southwestern Ontario
- Assisting with hiring, mentoring and training of junior engineers

Qualifications:

- Graduate of a Civil or Structural Engineering program from an accredited university
- P.Eng with Professional Engineers of Ontario
- 7+ years of experience specifically related to design and analysis of residential, commercial, and heritage building projects
- Strong communication skills and the desire/ability to work in a client-facing position
