Job Description
Job Summary: We are hiring a Sales Support Administrator for our client in London, ON!
This evaluation hire opportunity has potential to become a full time, permanent position with opportunity for growth and advancement. The position will involve providing administrative support to Sales Representatives by accomplishing the following tasks:
- Creating estimates for projects
- Creating presentation material
- Working in collaboration with the design department for project planning
- Reviewing proposals for accuracy
- Completing background research when required
- Completing responses to Request for Proposals
- Event planning and social media management
The Ideal Candidate:
- Completion of Post-Secondary education (Administration, Marketing or Business preferred)
- Strong computer skills
- Creative mindset with a desire to increase efficiencies and bring new ideas to the team
- Strong initiative and ability to work well in a team based environment
Compensation: $15-17 per hour, dependent upon experience level
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00AM – 5:00PM
