Change Coordinator

Are you looking to join a growing and stable team in an exciting 12 month contract, full time hour’s opportunity? This role is a Change Coordinator, on the Configuration Management team reviewing, auditing and preparing change control documentation

Monday to Friday, DAY shift in the London, Ontario area

Job Responsibilities;
• Receive incoming TDP release and change control documentation, perform a basic check for completeness and log in the Configuration Management (CM) Configuration Status Accounting (CSA) system
• Review, audit and prepare TDP release documentation (ERRs. SRRs. STRRs and new drawings) for final release
• Review, audit and prepare change control documentation (Change requests, Deviations etc.) for Change Control Board (CCB) processing
• Coordinate and chair CCB activities/meetings
• Coordinate and support cross site change control activities with other sites
• Coordinate change activities with customer
• Interpret and apply Trade Compliance and Intellectual Property requirements for items being released
• Manage Teamcenter (TC) Change Management process
• Manage Configuration Management controlled Items within Teamcenter
• Review and execute Special Tools; Test Equipment and Sustainment Services TDP release (Models & Drawings)
• Review and execute supportability change Control process (Change Requests (CRs) Change Notices (CNs) and Supplier Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs))
• Support Production Launch (PLP) and other production support activities
• Manage all CM activities associated with the Rework, Retrofit, Information Tracking System
• Maintain Accurate CM files and records

Requirements;
• Completed University Degree or College Diploma
• Minimum 1-2 years technical experience
• Proficiency in analyzing technical data including Engineering drawings, Specifications and change documents
• Proficiency in Configuration Management Identification, Release and Change Control processes
• Strong problem solving and decision making ability
• Proficient communication, organization and prioritization skills
• Demonstrated skill in Microsoft Office applications
• Goal oriented and able to work under time sensitive/demanding conditions
• Configuration Management/Change Control experience
• Product Life Cycle (PLM) or Product Data Management (PDM) (i.e. Teamcenter), and Enterprise Resource Systems (ERP) system experience
