Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule: Split Shift (Daytime)

Location: In-person (Byron, London ON)

Kay Harris Chiropractic & Wellness Centre is a busy, patient-focused chiropractic and wellness clinic serving the London and nearby community. We pride ourselves on delivering professional, compassionate care in a supportive team environment.

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and personable Office Manager to oversee daily operations, support our team, and ensure a smooth, professional experience for our patients.

Key Responsibilities

Office Operations

  • Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and patient flow

  • Manage appointment scheduling and maintain efficient workflows

  • Maintain accurate patient records and administrative systems

  • Order office supplies and coordinate equipment maintenance

  • Ensure the clinic environment remains organized and professional

 

Team Leadership

  • Supervise front desk and administrative staff

  • Assist with onboarding and training new team members

  • Support staff scheduling and team communication

  • Foster a positive and respectful workplace environment

 

Patient Experience

  • Ensure patients receive friendly, professional service

  • Handle patient inquiries and resolve concerns as needed

  • Maintain order and assist at the front desk during busy periods

 

Financial & Administrative Oversight

  • Oversee payment processing and daily reconciliation

  • Monitor billing accuracy and administrative efficiency

  • Assist with reporting and tracking office performance

 

Qualifications

Required:

  • Previous experience in office administration or team leadership

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Proficiency using computers and scheduling software

  • Ability to problem-solve and work independently

Preferred:

  • Office management experience

  • Experience in a healthcare or wellness setting

  • Leadership or supervisory experience


Expected Start Date: Immediate

Hours:

Monday–Thursday: 7:30am–11:30am & 1:30pm–6:15pm

Friday: 7:30am–11:30am

Hours per week: Typically 30–38 hours. Applicants should live nearby and/or be comfortable with split shifts.

Compensation

$24.00 – $28.00 per hour
