Express SRG is recruiting for a Sales Support Specialist/Administrator for a global medium sized manufacturing company in Ingersoll, ON. Reporting to the Commercial Manager; this position supports the sales department and is a liaison between the customer and the sales department.

Responsibilities: (Not limited to: )
- Perform administrative duties on new sales orders.
- Complete new PO/s and send to suppliers.
- Draft customs approved invoices for international shipments.
- Provide weekly forecast to Department managers.
- Work cross functionally with Operations and Logistics departments.
- 1-2 years of administrative experience. Sales experience an asset.
- Post secondary degree in Marketing, Economics, Commerce, Communications or relevant experience.
- Strong MS Office skills.
- Own a reliable transportation.
