• Ability to learn new tasks quickly and to support production requirements as needed.
• Strong measuring skills (Imperial System of Measurement).
• Flexible with the ability to work with limited supervision on a daily basis.
• Strong focus on quality with the ability to meet daily production goals.
• Strong attention to detail with a positive attitude.
• Good attendance and works well with fellow Production Team Members.
• The ability to operate the following equipment efficiently and safely is an asset: router, chop saw, table saw, drills, air nailers, hand tools.

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience with tools and machinery.
• Good manual dexterity and hand eye coordination.
• Previous work experience in a manufacturing facility.
• Strong attention to detail with a positive attitude
