About the Role

  • The Business Change Specialist plays a vital role in preparing and supporting our teams throughout the lifecycle of projects. This includes overall stakeholder communication and engagement and involves identifying and managing the impacts of change on each individual and team. This role is also responsible for user support, training, data metrics and measurement, process changes and adoption of new initiatives. 

  • Communicate and support change with all stakeholders. Provide support for stakeholders throughout lifecycle of project to ensure a positive internal customer experience. This includes communicating the reasons for the change, benefits to them and their team, etc. 

  • Work with Business Analyst to relate software enhancements to business processes and provide direction to business units for updating business processes that are compliant with policies and procedures. 

  • Develop training programs to ensure successful implementation(s). This also involves facilitation, along with the ability to coordinate and schedule staff training for small, medium and on occasion, large groups.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a professional field related to project coordination, business analysis, or a specialized position related to change management processes. Hands on experience with structured methodologies for the design, development, implementation and maintenance of applications is an asset. 

  • Minimum 2 years of customer/user support experience in a large and complex customer environment.

  • High degree of emotional intelligence, strong analytical, critical thinking, sound judgement, and decision-making and problem-solving skills. 

  • Customer service orientation and the ability to work collaboratively, developing strong relationships, with excellent follow-through and attention to detail.

  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, listening and communication skills. Experience in developing and presenting training to end users is an asset. 

  • Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office products; in-depth experience with Excel in performing tests and quality control functions is required. Knowledge of and experience with customer management software is preferred. 

  • Proven ability to work with correlating large amounts of data and interpreting statistics.

  • Ability to adapt easily and quickly to changing priorities, responsibilities, needs and expectations. 

  • Salesforce experience would be an asset.
