Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop production schedule
- Oversee small crew of workers
- Setup/operate woodworking machines
- Examine raw materials to ensure working quality
- Manage inventory and report shortages
- Assembling and finishing components
- Preventative maintenance
- Maintain and improve quality standards
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of woodworking experience (experience with hard wood an asset)
- 3+ years of leadership experience
- Physical work
