Currently we are recruiting for a Customer Service Administrators for a well-known tech company here in the Waterloo location.
This position is a contract role, for approximately 2-3 months starting Monday, March 23rd
In this position you would be responsible for:
- verifying data/ customer information is accurate
- processing documentation
- opening quotes/tickets and sending orders to fulfillment
- processing hardware requests
- coordinating renewals and logistics
- researching maintenance and support for customers
- data inputting and customer service follow up if needed
Advantages:
- Working for a reputable organization within Waterloo location
- On a bus route
- Competitive wage of $18.00 hourly
- Monday - Friday core hours (8:30am - 5:00pm)
- Weekly pay cheques
- Eligibility to purchase benefits through Randstad

Qualifications for the Customer Service Administrator role:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Excel and Word)
- Previous working experience with an ERP system (Salesforce is a great asset but not required)
- Previous data entry experience and customer service is an asset
- Great communications (verbal and written) as you could speak with clients over the phone
- Ability to multi task, prioritize and have strong attention to detail
- Excellent technical skills is a must (testing will be required)
