RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage projects – data collection, analysis, management
- Develop database/IT tools
- Business Process Standardization/Development
REQUIREMENTS:
- Educational background
- Post-secondary education – Manufacturing, Mechanical or Process Technologist or Engineer
- Technical Skills
- Advanced in programming, e.g., C++, Python, Visual, among others
- Well-versed in statistical analysis
- Advanced Excel user (Macros, Programming, Database desirable)
- Capable of communicating at all levels in the Organization
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Time management skills with the ability to effectively balance changing priorities
- Experience (5+ years, preferably)
- In Manufacturing as Process Engineer/Technician
- Experienced in data collection, data analysis, statistics, time studies
- Continuous Improvement
