Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $30,000 per year
- Performance Bonuses:
- Bonus for every appointment booked
- Additional bonus for every completed sale
- Expected earnings are: $35 / hour based on performance

Schedule
- Tuesday–Friday: 4:30 PM – 8:30 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (every other Saturday)
- Starting location: London, Ontario

Your Role
Each shift begins at our London office before you head out to assigned neighborhoods. As a Field Sales & Marketing Representative, you'll play a vital role in identifying potential customers by introducing homeowners to Centennial and scheduling free in-home consultations with our sales consultants.
What You'll Do
- Engage homeowners in designated service areas
- Communicate Centennial's products and value clearly
- Book free in-home consultations
- Generate high-quality leads
- Accurately track appointments
- Always represent Centennial professionally
- Work outdoors (no entering homes)
Who You Are/What You Bring
- Energetic, outgoing, and personable
- Confident communicator
- Motivated by goals and earning potential
- Comfortable working outdoors
- Sales or customer-facing experience is an asset (not required)
- Valid driver's licence and clean driving record
- Available evenings and every other Saturday
