Part-time ECE Yard Staff
Do you enjoy working with children, and a fun, energetic environment?
Montessori Academy of London (MA) provides something unique in London: high-quality traditional Montessori education that truly puts the needs of the child first.
We have an immediate need for a yard/playtime staff to supervise our Casa students (ages 3-6) from 12-2pm daily at our Westmount location. Duties will include getting the children ready for outdoor playtime, supervising them on the yard, and transitioning them back into the classroom.
We require candidates to have experience working with children, plus a current Police Vulnerable Sector Check, and availability through June 2026.
Our Yard Staff members work directly with preschool children to ensure safe and happy playtimes. Playtime is held outdoors in our private yard as weather permits. During inclement weather, playtime is held indoors.
Valid Police Vulnerable Sector Check required; Standard First Aid and CPR C is an asset.
Maturity, reliability, a friendly and professional demeanor, compassion and patience.
A passion for working with children and encouraging their growth and independence.
Excellent communication and listening skills.
Interest in or experience with Montessori education is an asset.
