Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator

Pay: $23.00-$27.00/hour

A a growing family-owned manufacturing and distribution company looking for a reliable, organized, and hands-on Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to join their team.

This is more than a typical warehouse role. You'll play a key part in keeping their operations running smoothly while enjoying a variety of responsibilities and the opportunity to grow with our company.

Pay: $23.00-$27.00/hour

Responsibilities

  • Shipping and receiving
  • Warehouse organization and inventory control
  • Cycle counts and inventory accuracy
  • Loading and unloading materials
  • Forklift operation (training provided if needed)
  • Supporting production with materials
  • Coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Occasional rush deliveries and backup driver coverage
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse

What We're Looking For

  • Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable with physical work and changing priorities
  • Valid Ontario Class G driver's licence (or higher) with a clean driver's abstract
  • Forklift experience is an asset but not required—we'll train the right person
