POSITION:
HUMAN RESOURCES - CHILDREN’S CENTRES’ SUPPLY STAFF PLACEMENT SUPERVISOR
Full-time Term Position reporting to the Human Resources Manager
Commencing March 2015 to approximately March 20 2016
Hours of Work: 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with occasional afternoons or evenings as required
As this term is connected to pregnancy/parental leaves, the start and end dates are subject to change.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Post-Secondary diploma or degree in Human Resources
- Minimum two years’ experience preferred
- Working knowledge of Employment Standards and Human Rights legislation
SKILLS REQUIRED - The successful candidate will possess the following skills and traits:
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- High energy, analytical and pro-active
- Excellent organizational, administrative and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Well developed time management skills
- Strong computer skills, including experience with an HRMS
- Ability to work both independently and as a team member
- Effective presentation skills
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Coordinate and maintain an efficient supply staffing process
- Performance management
- Coordinate and present Orientations and Support Sessions
- Support the Human Resources team as required
