Manager, Application Development
 
StarTech.com is currently looking for a Manager, Application Development to join our IT team at our Corporate Office in London, Ontario.
 
Reporting to the VP IT, the Manager, Application Development makes an impact by leading a cross-functional Agile team, optimizing project quality and throughput, providing guidance, managing stakeholder relationships and continuous improvement initiatives, and supporting a team of developers and analysts in a high performance culture. This position offers a competitive salary, bonus potential, and benefit package.

What You Can Show Us 
  • You are an Agile methodology champion
  • 10 years of software development experience, with a minimum of 4 years in a supervisory role
  • Technically fluent in Microsoft .Net and SQL
  • Post secondary education in a related field
  • Familiarity of architectural frameworks, such as TOGAF or Zachman
  • Experience implementing large scale complex projects an asset
