Job Description
Agilus Work Solutions is looking for an up and coming nutrition, health, and exercise professional to work for our valued client in London, ON! This is an amazing opportunity for anyone looking to learn more about the holistic health industry and who has a long-term focus of becoming a chiropractor, physiotherapist, kinesiologist, holistic health professional, and/or fitness instructor to name a few.
Accountabilities/Duties/Responsibilities of the Client Services Representative:
- Welcome and direct customers to the appropriate resources.
- Speak with customers via the phone to answer questions and schedule appointments.
- Assist with patient care by helping patients with specific exercises and providing excellent customer service.
- Complete cleaning duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Provide administrative support by completing data entry and ensuring patient files are up to date.
- Selling local promotions and health products.
- Excellent human relation and soft skills
- Genuine interest in holistic healthcare
- At least one year of previous sales experience considered an asset
- At least one year of customer service experience considered an asset
- Bachelors degree or college diploma in healthcare, nutrition, exercise, and kinesiology considered an asset
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite products
- Experience and/or interest in using x-rays considered an asset
- Some flexibility in scheduling
- Available to start as soon as possible
Compensation:
- Full-time opportunity
- $16.50/hr - $18.50/hr depending on experience
- Temp to perm, very good chance of being hired on permanently
