Salford Group is committed to providing world class quality in all facets of our business and have an exciting opportunity to join our Customer Experience Team as a Customer Service Representative at our Salford, ON location:

Performance Expectations

· Provide comprehensive customer service support to customers and dealers for all Salford products

· Advise customers and dealers on equipment and parts to order based on customer needs

· Review and enter customer orders for spare parts and whole goods

· Maintain documentation for customer orders and inquiries

· Communicate with customers via phone and email

· Work with various departments on customer related issues

Credentials

· High School Diploma or 2-3 years of equivalent experience in a similar role

· Sense of urgency with a strong customer focus

· Excellent written and oral communication skills

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

· Proficient with various computer applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, and Teams
