In partnership with Prime Management Group Inc., Spinrite is seeking an Infrastructure & Network Operations Manager to join their team who will be based in either Charlotte, NC in the US or Listowel, ON in Canada.

Reporting to the Director of IT, the Infrastructure and Network Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all IT infrastructure and networks maintained by the Information Technology department with an emphasis on strategy, architecture, design, and optimization while being responsible for end-user technology and the service desk. Through collaboration and positive relationship-building, this hands-on leader will mentor and supervise a team of dedicated IT professionals, support 500+ users companywide, and help support the planning of the capital and operational budget. In addition, this purposeful, strategic thinker will help lead the cybersecurity strategy, design, and monitoring and will also be responsible for disaster recovery and business continuity strategy for infrastructure and networks.

To qualify for this important position with Spinrite, you will possess a University Degree or College Diploma in a related field or have equivalent work experience. Project Management Certifications (PMP or Scrum Master) will be a definite asset. A minimum of 5 to 10 years work experience will be required, preferably within an ERP environment. You must bring strong leadership skills and in-depth IT software skills i.e. Virtualization Technologies, MS Technology Stack, Cybersecurity Technologies, Internal and External Domain and DNS Management, all MAC OSX versions, all Linux Kernel Server OS platforms, and Mobile Device Management. You will also have strong IT hardware skills. Your customer-centric focus and developed interpersonal skills will be critical to this position. Bilingualism (English/Spanish) will be considered an asset. An ability and willingness to travel to other sites within Canada and the US will also be required.
