HR Business Partner – Casual Position 

Ladder HR Solutions Inc. is looking for an HR business partner from the London region to join our team! Join us as an independent contractor OR employee. We are growing and can’t wait to add new support and resources to our team and clients! In this position, you will get to focus on all the fun HR stuff while the rest of the team takes care of invoicing and business development.

We are Looking for a HR Business Partner Who: 

• Possesses post-secondary education in Human Resources or Human Resources Management 
• Has 5+ years of progressive experience in a Human Resource/consultant role 
• Would like to build long-term client relationships based on trust and transparency 
• Remains knowledgeable and up-to-date on current legislation and HR trends 
• Is willing to do in-person and remote work  
• Is happy to have hours fluctuate from 0-30 hours per week 
• Is located in the London region 

Typical Work: 

• Employee relations  
• Investigations  
• Policies and procedures   
• HR documents creation (such as offer letters, performance improvement plans, etc.) 
• Job description 
• Compensation analysis and design 
• Onsite fractional HR support 
• Supervisory training programs 
• Full cycle recruitment
