Operating in a JIT (Just-In-Time) environment, this is a fast-paced role with a variety of responsibilities, interacting with a variety of contacts internally and externally. Join our team in account management and be responsible for order processing, procurement/supply chain management and project coordination. In this role, the individual will also participate as a member of our cross-functional quality team. The position contributes significantly to the development and maintenance of long-term relationships.
Responsibilities- Liaise with customer contacts
- Process incoming orders and assist with new product launches
- Prepare domestic and international shipping documentation
- Co-ordinate with internal departments
- Procure and schedule raw material shipments
- Assist with supply chain management
- Participate in cross-functional quality team
- Assist with documenting quality-related activities
- Assist with non-conformance and corrective action reports
- General administrative and filing responsibilities
- College Diploma (such as Supply Chain Management) or equivalent experience is preferred
- Minimum 3 years of work experience preferred
- Advanced critical thinking skills are required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly detail-oriented
- Discreet and professional
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Must already be qualified to work in Canada
