We’re looking for a full-time, permanent marketing professional who enjoys being hands-on and bringing ideas to life. If you’re creative, organized, and pay close attention to detail, this role could be a great fit.
In this position, you’ll help grow our social media presence and support our overall digital marketing strategy. You’ll play an important role in how we show up online and how we connect with our audience.
The Marketing & Engagement Specialist will play a critical role in enhancing our brand presence, monitoring and responding to online engagement (including Google reviews and other platforms), and tracking key marketing metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning
> Assist in developing and refining marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.
> Support campaign planning, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
> Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify new opportunities for brand awareness and lead generation.
Social Media & Online Presence
> Manage and execute content calendars across all relevant social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat,
YouTube).
> Monitor, respond to, and proactively engage with audiences to build community and brand loyalty.
> Oversee online reputation management, including monitoring and responding to Google reviews and other customer feedback platforms in a professional and timely manner.
> Identify trends and opportunities to increase social media engagement and reach.
Content Development & Brand Support
> Coordinate the creation of compelling digital content, including graphics, videos, and posts that align with brand guidelines.
> Support email marketing campaigns, website updates, and other content initiatives as required.
Metrics & Performance Tracking
> Establish clear metrics for success across marketing activities, including social media growth, engagement rates, review ratings, website traffic, and lead generation.
> Prepare regular reports summarizing key marketing analytics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
> Track ROI on campaigns and recommend adjustments to maximize impact.
Qualifications
> Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
> 5+ years of experience in marketing coordination, digital marketing, or a related role.
> Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) and marketing platforms (Hootsuite, Mailchimp, or similar).
> Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to craft engaging, brand-aligned messaging.
> Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
> Creative thinker with a results-driven mindset.

Annual Total Compensation
- $60,000 - 65,000 per year
- Group Benefit enrolment after 3 month of continuous employment
- 10 days vacation to start
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 - 5:00 pm
- This position works on-site
