Responsibilities:
- Supervise, coordinate and schedule team members
- Health and safety leadership including identifying and correcting potential issues
- Determine production requirements and ensure objectives are met
- Quality Assurance of product
- Recommend improvements to productivity and product quality
- Address working complaints and conflict management
- Requisition of materials and supplies
- Train team in job duties, safety procedures and policies
Requirements:
- 2+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
- Experience in Food and Beverage is ideal
- Must have high school diploma - post-secondary education is preferred
- Positive attitude, strong leadership and team building skills
