Responsibilities
- Coordination of all department’s work-in-progress and project responsibilities, ensuring all work is delivered on time
- Build, maintain, and monitor department projects including status, timelines, and deliverables
- Analyzing workflow pipeline for the leadership team
- Manage workflow of cross line of service projects
- Maintain and track Tax Partners’ client lists and co-ordinate with delivery team on the file
- Coordination of outsourced compilation file workflow
Skills and Required Attributes
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle pressures of deadlines, fluctuating workloads, and changing priorities
- High attention to detail and accuracy required
- Well-developed analytical / problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter that takes initiative to accomplish objectives
- Practical judgment and decisive manner
- Excellent interpersonal skills
