Job Description

We are looking for a well-rounded, unique individual who enjoys helping people in person and by phone. This position will start as a contract position with opportunity to go full time. Hours to be determined - Monday to Friday. (20 hrs per week). Weekend work is also required occasionally for projects. This job needs someone with flexibility ready to work onsite at client sites or remote. 

You will be providing IT support to our valuable clients. The right individual will have an opportunity to contribute and build the company with us.  This is considered an entry level position to start.

Must have skills: 
- Windows (Windows 7 and Windows 10) 
- Windows Server (2012 and up) including DNS, DHCP, AD
- Microsoft Office (Office 2013 and up) 
- Strong Microsoft Outlook experience 
- Strong email troubleshooting experience including with Microsoft 365 
- Virus, spyware and malware experience 
- Solid TCP/IP understanding 
- Networking experience within a business 
- Router configuration and troubleshooting 
- Strong desire to please and help people 
- Excellent organizational skills 
- Excellent documentation skills
- Great attention to detail 
- Must work well under pressure and excel at multi-tasking
- Strong desire to learn and grow with the company 
- Excellent communication skills and business sense 
- Can work independently
- A strong entreprenurial spirit with a desire to contribute to a close knit fun team

Nice to have skills: 
- Backup software experience
- Firewall experience 
- RMM experience (ticketing systems with monitoring systems) 
- Website development 
- Microsoft 365 universe including Azure 
- Consulting experience 
- Sales experience

- willing to travel throughout London and surrounding areas

We would be willing to consider a self employed contractor who can grow with us into a full-time position.   You'll be working from home for remote support and travelling onsite to clients as required.  It's a position that requires flexibility working in an IT "help desk" role with ready to go onsite at a moments notice.
