Your primary responsibility is to provide customer service to clients by becoming the link between the client, our systems, and our carriers.
Here's what they’d like you to do:
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding transportation rates of goods
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to clients’ questions & requests
- Meet strict deadlines and negotiate rates with vendors
- Solve logistics issues quickly without interruption or delayed delivery times
- Accurately document shipment details & updates in the computer system
- Previous 3PL experience is required
- Excellent customer service & communication skills
- Knowledge of freight rates & the ability to negotiate
- Professional demeanor & confident
- Proactive with the ability to problem solve quickly
