Pay: $24.00/hour

We are currently seeking a Tent & Awning Installer – Crew Leader to join our team. This is a hands-on, physically demanding position suited to someone who is strong, reliable, comfortable working outdoors, and able to lead a small installation crew.

Pay: $24.00/hour
Schedule: Day shift, approximately 44 hours/week, with some Saturday mornings required
Job Type: Full-time

What You'll Do

• Lead and work alongside a crew installing tents, awnings, and related structures
• Load, unload, transport, and position materials and equipment
• Perform physically demanding work, including lifting, carrying, climbing, and working at heights
• Operate pickup trucks and 24-foot straight trucks
• Tow trailers as required
• Ensure installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
• Assist with general site preparation, setup, and tear down
• Follow all workplace safety procedures

What We're Looking For

• Clean, valid Class D or G driver's licence
• Able to safely drive a 24-foot straight truck
• Comfortable driving pickup trucks with trailers
• Strong physical ability and stamina — this is hard, labour-intensive work
• Comfortable lifting and carrying heavy materials
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Previous construction, tent installation, awning installation, landscaping, moving, or other physically demanding work is an asset
• Previous crew leadership experience is an asset
