If you have exceptional craftsmanship and experience in the woodworking industry, then this opportunity could be perfect for you. We're looking for someone who has experience with sanding, grinding, and supporting the team as needed. This company is architectural so if you appreciate quality over quantity then please consider this opportunity.
Advantages
What’s in it for you?
• Days - 6:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday
• You get off an hour early on Friday!
• $15.50 hourly to start
• Occasional overtime (but never mandatory)
• Culture perks like ice cream trucks and bbq’s
• High likelihood of being hired on permanently
• Flexibility for appointments
As long as you have good attendance, a positive attitude and you enjoy the work, there is a lot of potentials to be hired permanently. A permanent offer would come with:
• 2% RRSP match (after 1 year)
• Competitive health benefits with dental, vision, paramedical
• $150 annually for shoes & inserts
• 4% Vacation pay
• Community events
What will you be doing here?
• Supporting the team as needed
• Using hand tools
• Sanding, grinding, polishing, finishing
• Lean six sigma & Kaizen

Qualifications
What do you need to apply?
• Manufacturing AND woodworking experience
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs repetitively
• A reliable method of transportation, located off a bus route but not accessible for 6:00 am start
• Attention to detail
