Job Description
As an EasyLine Specialist (inbound), your responsibility will be to contribute to Phone Channel’s Customer Experience Index by providing prompt, courteous and efficient service that exceeds customer expectations; contribute to effective cost and risk control through productivity and adherence to corporate processes and controls; and achieve departmental sales targets through recommendation of appropriate products and services which meet our ever-changing customer needs. You will be able to recognize and successfully leverage opportunities to further expand our clients' business through cross-selling.

Job Requirements
Successful candidates will possess the following:
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to multitask and exhibit excellent attention to detail while consistently following established procedures and processing transactions.
- Extensive understanding of all TD Canada Trust products and services with proven competency in sales interactions and ability to identify opportunities to grow the business.

You are an effective team player who enjoys taking an active and enthusiastic role in campaigns and achieving all business building initiatives, and you are willing to participate in and contribute to all coaching activities.
NB: Multiple positions are available. Successful candidates must be available to commence training on April 22nd, 2013.
Training: You will participate in a training program that is Monday to Friday (37.5 hours weekly) for 9 weeks.

Additional Information
Part time hours: Minimum 25 hours up to 37.5 hours per week

Hours of Operation: Flexibility is required to work either fixed evenings OR a variety of rotating shifts between the hours of 6 a.m. and 12:00 a.m. Monday through Sunday, including statutory holidays.
