Call Center Supervisor, CLT

 

Our London based client has an opening for a daytime supervisor. Supervisors are responsible for the progress, status and execution of assigned projects; training and performance management of interviewing staff.

 

This is a 3-6 month contract position.

 

General Duties Include

  • knowing and understanding the details of assigned projects, providing project briefings
  • managing the progress of assigned projects ~ sample use/targets/deadlines
  • maintaining high productivity and quality of work through effective coaching and supervision of staff in a fast paced, high volume environment
  • liaison with CLT Manager/Assistant Manager regarding any study or staff related problems
  • alerting CLT Manager as appropriate if productivity/deadline expectations are not being met, providing explanation and solutions to problems, taking action as appropriate
  • maintain discipline on the CLT floor
  • some monitoring
  • assist with hiring of new staff
  • training new staff
  • distributing, receiving, and correcting time sheets for interviewers
  • producing day end reports for assigned studies as required
  • assist in writing performance reviews
  • other duties as required.

 Requirements

* Willing to work varying shifts (9:00am-5:00pm and 11:00am-7:00pm)

* 2-3 years call center management experience

* Excellent oral and good written communication skills including the ability to assist in writing reviews, and producing thorough monitor reports.

* Excellent interpersonal and people management skills

* Proven ability to lead, motivate, coach and train a team

* Solid understanding of fundamental research principles, advanced knowledge of interviewing techniques, and through understanding of quality standards

* Strong organizational skills, detailed oriented

* Must be available to work at least 5 days a week

* Previous Market Research experience is an asset.

 

Computer Skills

Strong Microsoft Office (Excel and Word ~ including formulas) as well as Outlook. Testing will be conducted for all computer programs.
