Express is recruiting for an experienced and highly motivated Sales Manager for a fast growing; dynamic construction firm. Base salary with commission (100-140K inclusive) depending on experience

Responsibilities (Not limited to :)

• Responsible for top-line growth of revenue as well as meeting growth objectives
• Provides accurate and timely forecasting of sales and allocation of sales support resources
• Practices performance management by setting clear goals for the sales team
• Increases market penetration in local construction business by securing new customers
• Work closely with the executive team on forecasting and strategic planning

Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of progressive sales manager and/or strategic operational experience
• Construction experience would be considered ideal
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills is a must have
• Ability to handle change and proven negotiation skills
• Open to travel locally and to US on business needs
