Position Summary The Technical Content Coordinator (1-year contract) will work closely with the Technical Publications Specialist to develop technical content for customers. This is a technical role where emphasis will be on developing a deep understanding of Municipal and Industrial water and wastewater products, creating end user content including Instructions, Operation and Maintenance Manuals that contributes to the overall success of our products. Responsibilities will also include helping R&D departments and leaders organize and manage information, files and publications and execution of other standard work processes.
Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements
Plan, develop, organize, write and edit operational procedures and manuals
Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience
Analyze documents to maintain continuity of style of content
Manage updates and revisions to technical literature
Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities
Coordinate translation projects with third party vendors.
Utilize SharePoint, Microsoft Teams and other Office 365 tools to organize files and data
Manages work effectively within time constraints
Work in accordance with standard work

Knowledge of Adobe Framemaker and Adobe InDesign is an asset
