Job Description/Responsibilities

 

  • Use approved techniques to graft tops of one seedling to the bottom of another seedling.
  • Training will be provided.
  • Variable shift times depending on seasonal demand, morning shifts start at 7:00 am
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.


Minimum Requirements

 
  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
  • Good hand eye coordination and fine motor skills a must
  • Good work ethic
  • Flexible to work weekends when required.
  • Students are welcome for this position.



Physical Location/Working Conditions

 
  • Greenhouse environment in rural area, own transportation required.
  • Hours may fluctuate according to business needs.
  • Winter months are considered peak season.
  • Lots of available hours during June, July, and August 2021
  • This position is located inside the warehouse with AC.

Wage

 
  • $15.00/hr with incentives available during winter months
  • Productivity bonus available to all employees (Top employees +$4.00/hr)
