Order Management Specialist

Our client, a global leader in the provision of light armoured military vehicles with an innovative approach to design and assembly, is looking for Order Management Specialist on a 12 month contact basis.

Responsibilities:

·         Manage and support the end to end service parts process for assigned customers.

·         Prepare order status, presentations, and required customer reports on service parts contract performance.

·         Coordinate with internal departments to ensure parts Delivery meets customer’s needs.

·         Provide forecasting of service parts delivery performance, line count and revenue.

·         Provide support to program Administration and other divisions  

·         Participate in execution of Units business plan

Qualifications:

• College diploma or university degree(purchasing, materials or business)
• Knowledge of parts supply processes
• APICS certification in process
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, to multi-task and take initiative when required
• Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
• Work in cross functional team environment to support service parts initiatives
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Preferred knowledge of Oracle or other ERP systems
• Advanced MS Excel and MS Access skills
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements
