In your role as Customer Service Specialist you will work to ensure our customers enjoy our full range of services and understand we appreciate their business. You will accomplish this by being organized, meeting with customers in person, handling incoming customer concerns and taking proactive steps to ensure customer satisfaction.  Your day may consist of calling existing customers to let them know of new products, going on the road to visit clients and develop relationships, helping out with various office duties and working passionately on behalf of our customers. This position is ideally suited for an organized high energy person with a passion for customer service.  You will need reliable transportation as you may visit customers from Windsor to Guelph and all points in between.
