In partnership with Prime Management Group Inc., Libro is actively recruiting for a visionary, strategic, high energy Learning & Development Manager - Human Resources to join their progressive team in London, Ontario. As the Learning & Development Manager, you will be pivotal in building, coaching, and leading the L&D team to achieve significant growth goals through the development and delivery of comprehensive and innovative learning environments and training programs.

This is truly a unique opportunity to report to a well-respected EVP, Employee Experience | Coach, who demonstrates sincere commitment and encourages creative and innovative thinking. You will be supported as a leader to focus on the overall business strategy to grow the people, programs, and initiatives. As the champion for Learning & Development, you will oversee the design and development of all corporate leadership development and learning programs for Libro Credit Union including coordination, implementation, facilitation, and evaluation while working collaboratively with all stakeholders to ensure overall success. This opportunity will allow you to drive incredible impact on the many epic humans and programs at Libro.

To qualify, you will ideally possess a University Degree and/or Certificate in Adult Learning and/or Instructional Design. You will bring 5-7 years’ experience as an Educator & Instructional Designer in an HR/Training environment and 2-3 years’ experience leading a team in a corporate Learning and Development department. Knowledge and experience with a Learning Management System will be considered an asset. Experience with e-learning authoring tools (Captivate, Storyline etc.) will also be required.

As a proven, collaborative leader, you will have exemplary interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and empower others to achieve their goals while embracing the culture and spirit of Libro to drive innovation.
