Full Time Job Description

We are currently seeking a full time detail-oriented individual to join our delivery and installation team as Driver/Installer.  The duties and responsibilities of this position are:

• All functions related to delivery and installation of furniture

• Loading of trucks

• Taking furniture into customers business / residence

• Complete setup of furniture

• Driving company straight trucks (will work with the right candidate if not experienced)

• Work in warehouse as required

• Other tasks as required

• Work weekdays with occasional evenings and weekends

Successful Candidate will possess:

• Positive attitude

• Desire to learn

• Clean professional appearance

• Ability to work with hand tools

• Able to read and understand furniture drawings and specifications

• Ability to do heavy lifting

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Valid G class drivers licence, with clean driving record

• Police background check

• Minimum grade 12 education

Compensation:

• Starting $19 - $22 per hour

• Cell phone

• Safety shoe allowance 

• Group benefit insurance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
