Job Description
This well-established family-owned company has grown from a small company servicing the local construction field to a medium sized company and needs someone to manage, organize and delver customer satisfaction in the newest territory.
This position is a hunting position, and you must be comfortable working independently and on the road or remote 100% of the time.

What we offer:
• $60,000.00 base plus generous
• KM allowance provided for business travel, typically just day travel
• Company paid benefits.
• 3 weeks’ vacation to start
Who you are:
• Create sales opportunities in the construction materials and cabinetry space.
• Working 100% remotely and on the road, you must be self-motivated and organized.
• Stay focused on customer needs in the construction market and remain current on trends.
• Concentrate on high-quality customer care, resolving client concerns in a timely manner.
• Contact potential customers and identify new business opportunities.
• Identify gaps in the market that can be leveraged.
• Maintain excellent records of sales activity and report activity on a weekly basis.
Who you are:
• Post-secondary education in sales or marketing is preferred.
• Valid and clean Driver’s License.
• Minimum 5 years of experience selling building materials or accessories.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft, and CRM for reporting.
• Strong administration and communication skills to write reports and track metrics.
