Job Description

As the main point of contact between new clients and the internal departments of the company, the Account Representative requires a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, the ability to resolve issues in a multitude of settings, and an aptitude for quick learning in a fast-paced environment. Beyond staying up to date with current and prospective client communications, the Account Representative should collaborate with department heads to strategize, manage, and execute efficient and high-quality order production. From a new order to a shipped completed order, it is the Account Representatives’ responsibility to facilitate the production process to perfection. Creating accurate work orders, placing large, complicated supplier orders, and managing inventory. These are just a few of the daily tasks that require extreme attention to detail. It is very important for the Account Representative to be organized and have a self-driven work ethic.

 The successful candidate will

· Be ambitious and have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

· Have an outgoing personality with a professional demeanour

· Be a quick learner with excellent computer and typing skills

· Have previous sales experience and enjoy the selling process

· Have knowledge of apparel styles and decoration methods

· Be Self-confident and not afraid to call on customers

· Be Organized and able to follow through on multiple tasks with great attention to detail

Responsibilities and Duties

· Providing exceptional customer service by phone, email & online chat

· Maintaining existing customer relationships and developing new ones

· Assessing customer needs and acquiring required information

· Updating and Maintaining CRM Data

· Providing customers quotes and pricing

· Act as liaison between customer and graphic designers to achieve the required results

· Creating work orders for production team

· Purchasing required products from suppliers

· Invoicing customers through web-based application

· Processing credit card payments

· Setting up online Sales and Fundraising programs

· Assisting production team when needed

Qualifications and Skills

· Strong Sales and or Customer Service Experience in a B2B environment

· Driven personality with proven work ethic

· Exceptional telephone demeanour

· Organized with great attention to details

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

· Strong computer & Typing skills

· Comfortable working in a Mac environment with a variety of web-based applications

· Some knowledge of Photoshop, In-Design and Adobe Illustrator a definite asset
