We are looking for a Bookkeeper / Finance Assistant to work part-time to casual hours. 

Estimated time per month 10-20 hours. We will accept entry-level professionals and train for suitable compensation. 
Depending on experience, we will pay from CAD$20 to CAD$30 per hour. 
You will be working from your own home. 

Candidate must have advanced Excel experience, candidates with prior experience with Quickbooks and use of A.I tools preferred.

Duties will include, but not limited to: 

• Compile Monthly Revenue report
• Generate invoices for each client (5-10 invoices monhtly)
• Generate Outlook calendar notification for date invoices must be submitted
• Check Bank Accounts Daily
• Update Payables and Receivables Daily (excel, Quickbooks)
• Save Banking Statements
• Enter invoices and expenses on Quickbooks (weekly)
• Make payments online
• Perform occasional audits as needed / requested
• Send follow up emails to clients, if payments are late
• Assist the owner in ensuring compliance in all finance related duties
• Occasional Teams/ Zoom meetings may be required, for training or planning

We estimate 30 min. per day, and a one 8 hours day or 2 days 4hrs at the first day of the month. 
The work load may increase, if the selected candidate is available and interested in expanding into other admin assistant tasks, using Microsoft package.
