Qualifications :
- Excellent communication skills, both written, and spoken

- Commitment to excellent customer satisfaction

- Goal oriented, and results driven

- Confidence dealing with Adult Related Content (Must Be Understanding and Unbiased)
- Proficiency in various computer applications such as electronic mail, internet, and Windows 7

- Strong Typing Skills

- Ability to Troubleshoot and Multi-Task in an Independent and Fast Paced Environment

- Minimum: 2 Years Experience in Related Field

- Flexibility in hours.  Must be available Mon to Sat 8:30am to 11pm

- Availability to Start Immediately

Additional consideration will be given to individuals who possess the following:
- Bi-Lingual (Spanish)

- Phone or Live Chat Experience

Main Responsibilities:
- Email, Telephone and Live Chat Client Support

- Data Entry/Management (updating Client Information and Subscriptions within our Billing System)

Salary:

- Compensation based upon Qualifications and will be determined after Applicant Interview, Testing and Reference Check have been successfully completed.
