About the Role

This entry-level role contributes to existing business portals while learning Odoo development, ColdFusion/Lucee, and the company’s manufacturing systems.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain and extend existing ColdFusion/Lucee web portals used by revenue-critical clients.
• Build and refine single-page HTML/JS ordering portals without frameworks.
• Assist with Odoo portal and website customizations as you learn the platform.
• Learn QWeb templating and contribute to customer-facing views and printed reports.
• Participate in user acceptance testing and write documentation for the team.
• Track hardware inventory, handle warranty claims, and support procurement.

What We’re Looking For

• Some hands-on programming experience from coursework, projects, or a previous role.
• Comfort writing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript without a framework.
• Some exposure to Python, even via scripts or coursework.
• Curious, organized, and able to manage multiple small tasks.
• Good written communication for documentation and team collaboration.
• Comfortable asking for help before getting stuck.
